Fees & Payments

Payments we are able to accept include EFTPOS / VISA, Cash, Bank Transfer or NDIS. The following Private Health Funds are accepted, however out of pocket payment is required initially, with clients able to claim back from their health provider. 

Alison is also a registered WorkCover Queensland counsellor. 

For a detailed fee schedule please contact Alison directly. NDIS clients will be billed under the NDIS price schedule. A completed NDIS service agreement is essential prior to commencement of services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy


I understand that there are times when an appointment must be cancelled due to illness or emergencies. Please contact me to notify of your cancellation. When you do not notify of your cancellation or cancel with less than 24 hour notice for reasons that are non-urgent a 90% service fee will apply.


NDIS participants will be charged 90% of the fee associated with the cancellation of services when there is less than one business day as per the NDIS price guidelines.


I hope that you can appreciate that there are children and young people who are waiting for services and are not able to get an appointment or are placed on the waiting list. Some of these children and young people have urgent and at times critical support needs.


If an appointment is cancelled on more than two occasions for non-urgent reasons, I will ask that the child or young person be placed back on the waiting list. I thank you for your understanding of this matter.
